2. Pricing & Payment
   Prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed before the dispatch of any order.
3. Order Confirmation
   Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation. A confirmation email or WhatsApp message will be sent once the order is placed successfully.
4. Shipping & Delivery
   We aim to dispatch orders within the committed timeline. Delivery schedules may vary based on location and logistics availability.
5. Customization Orders
   Customized jewellery orders require advance payment and may take additional time for designing and delivery.
6. Returns & Exchanges
   Returns or exchanges are accepted only for defective or damaged products within 2 days of delivery. Customized and engraved items are non-returnable.
