   Customers must raise a return request within 2 days of delivery through WhatsApp or Email with order details.

   Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, with invoice and tags intact.
4. Non-Returnable Items
   Customized, engraved, or personalized jewellery items are not eligible for return or refund.

   Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 7-10 working days after product inspection.
6. Exchange Option
   Customers may opt for a product exchange instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
